Meet Brianna

I enjoy working with individuals, families, and marriages. From teens to seniors, I specialize in working with people who are anxious about coming to counseling for the first time, dealing with relational problems, mental health issues, and life transitions. I focus on creating a safe space for clients to cultivate healthier thought patterns and behaviors while honing in on helping them to find positive solutions through cognitive-behavioral and person-centered techniques.

More About Brianna Garrett, MA, RMHCI

Stepping into counseling is no easy task. I know this from personal experience. I chose to become a counselor to journey alongside others' lives, as I have seen the impact firsthand. For me, the counseling relationship changed my whole family system by creating a space to produce forgiveness, reconciliation, and restoration. Witnessing this firsthand - through effective therapy - ignited my hope for others to find positive change by helping them navigate their own challenges.

With two years of experience focused on marriages, families, and individuals, I have witnessed the transformative power of faith and therapy in restoring relationships and personal well-being. I am passionate about helping clients cultivate stronger connections, navigate life transitions with hope and purpose, and deepen the faith of those who want to involve a Christian worldview.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and continually pursue professional development to enhance my expertise. I am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern practicing in the State of Florida, under the supervision of Dr. Steve Figley. My fee per 50–60-minute session is $100.
